How do I prepare for my cleaning service?
To ensure we provide a thorough and detailed cleaning, we kindly ask that you do a quick tidy-up before our arrival. This helps us stay on track and ensures our cleaners can focus on their tasks without any distractions. Please take a moment to put away personal items, important documents, and valuables. Pick up toys and clothes from the floor. This will allow for efficient cleaning and help us avoid any errors. Remember, overly cluttered surfaces can’t be cleaned properly! Ensure that we have access to your service location
If we need a key or code to enter, please ensure it is provided before the scheduled cleaning time. Lock-Out Fee: If the cleaner is unable to enter the property within 15 minutes of arrival (locked door, wrong gate code, etc), you may be subject to a lockout fee (100% of the quote).
Do you do dishes or laundry?
Our standard cleaning services do not include dishwashing, laundry folding, or other housekeeping tasks unless specifically requested as an add-on and included in your quote.
What if I am sick on the day of cleaning?
Illness Policy: If any individual in your household is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can do our best to reschedule your cleaning appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule your cleaning service, please text or email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to be home during my scheduled cleaning?
For the comfort of our staff, please ensure the residence is unoccupied during your cleaning service. Comfort Clean Co can deliver the best results when we navigate freely without distractions. If you need to be home, let us know so we can adjust our cleaning plan.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We provide all necessary supplies, including fresh microfiber cloths and mop heads, ensuring your home receives the best care possible with high-quality cleaning products.
